Border at the northern tip of the Ancient New Forest. The
Cathedral cities of Salisbury, Winchester and Romsey Abbey
are close at hand. In addition both Southampton and the South
Coast are a half hours drive away. |

Mottisfont Abbey and the Hillier Arboretum to explore. If
you are a Thomas Hardy fan, Dorset is only an hour’s
drive away.
If you fancy some thing completely different why not visit
the Elingtide Mill. And of course the ponies of the New Forest
are always an appealing attraction.
